Detailed Morocco Guided Tour

Day 1: Arrive in Casablanca → Rabat

The tour will begin in Casablanca – the economic capital of Morocco. your Morocco private driver will greet you at the airport. They’ll then escort you to enjoy a tour of the magnificent Hassan II mosque, one of the most elaborately designed mosques in North Africa! Rabat will be your next destination to refresh and unwind at your Luxury boutique hotel /Riad. Dinner will be served at a local restaurant over the Atlantic Ocean.

Day 2: Rabat → Meknes → Volubilis → Fez

After breakfast, start your sightseeing tour in Rabat, the administrative Capital of Morocco. Next, visit the Hassan II Mosque, which is famous for its Minaret,.xplore the intriguing marvels of Rabat on the Royal Palace, The Oudaya’s Kasbah, the Andalusian Gardens, The Mausoleum of Mohamed V. After this, visit Meknes, which is one of Morocco’s hidden treasures built by the slave Army of the tyrannical ruler Moulay Ismail. It’snicked named the ‘Versailles of Morocco’. Here you’ll discover many must-see beautiful sites such as the Heri es Souani, the Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail himself, the Royal Stables and the Granaries.You will also get a chance to see the glorious gate of Bab Mansour. Your last stop before lunch is Volubilis to explore the 2000-year-old Roman ruins, its archaeological wonders and getting a picture of life during the Roman Empire.
After Lunch, you will set out to Moulay Idriss, one of the holiest cities in Morocco. Continue your Morocco travel to Fez, the historic center of Arts and Sciences in Morocco. After this, get a good night’s sleep in at yourbeautidul Riad/ Hotel in Fez to prepare for day 3.

Day3: Fez Guided Visit

Fez is one of the world’s largest walled in cities with its nine thousand twisted alleyways.Explore this mysterious box of fun and exotic delights in your incredible best of Morocco journey. Your local tour guide will give you the chance to discover this beautiful Medieval Medina full of beautiful attractions. This includes the tanneries, the Fondouk Nejjarine and its Fountain, the handicraft souks sections, the Batha Museum, the King’s Palace, Jewish Quarter, and the Pottery Complex.

Day 4: Fes → Ifrane → Middle Atlas → Cedar Forests → Midelt → Ziz Palms’ Oasis → Erfoud

After an early breakfast, leave Fes travelling towards Ifran, referred as “the Switzerland of Morocco”. Continue your way through the beautiful Berber villages and jagged rock faces to Azrou, a Berber village in the middle of the famous cedar forests. In these Moroccan cedar forests, you might even sight Barbarian Apes. As you cross the Middle Atlas Mountains and the Tizi Ntalghamt pass, you will begin to descend towards the Sahara Desert. The tour stops half-way for lunch at a local restaurant in the town of Midelt, a famous Berber Town for its Apple orchards and Mineral Rocks. The true treasures of Morocco come to you off the beaten path!! Upon arrival at the Kasbah in Erfoud, you will be welcomed by a glass of mint tea before you check in to unwind and relax .Take a hot shower or dip in the swimming pool (depending on the weather) as a treat for a long day’s journey.. Dinner will be served in the Kasbah.

Day 5: Sahara Desert Tour

After a full breakfast at the Kasbah, start exploring the small desert towns of Erfoud. Famous for its fossils,Palm’s Date carnival and Rissani, the foundation of the Alaouite dynasty, the current ruling royal family in Morocco. This was once calledSijilmassa, an important crossroad trade for the salt, silk and gold caravans. Here you’ll wander the bustling sections of the local souk and taste the Berber Pizza. In the afternoon, head off in a 4WD journey across the barren land to the majestic Sahara Desert of Merzouga. You will visit the Gnawa people in their native village of Khamlia , where you will learn about the Gnawa music and their lifestyle. Continue on the sand sea of Erg Chebbi dunes to set off by camel for a 1/2-hour trek. Guided by an experienced camel-man onto the golden dunes, enjoy the spectacular sunset. After a delightful Dinner under the starry sky and drums party over the fire, you will spend the night in deluxe Berber tents.

Day 6: Sahara Desert → Tinjdada → Todra Gorges → Tinghir → Todra Gorges → Dades Valley

Wake-up early in the morning to watch what well may be the best sunrise of your life. Enjoy breakfast at the nomadic camp in the sand sea of Merzouga. You will leave the Sahara Desert towards the magnificent Todra cliffs near the extensive oasis of Tinghir.These are the highest, narrowest gorges in Morocco. As the day progresses, appreciate the beauty of the spectacular Sahara Desert changing with the light along the road. In Todra Gorges,enjoy a leisurely walk around the red limestone gorge and relax in the cool waters of the shallow river below.

After lunch, continue driving through the Road of 1000 Kasbahs to Dades Valley. See the amazing rock formations known as “monkey toes” and discover the majestic sand castles. Conclude your day here with dinner and overnight accommodation will be at a luxurious Kasbah overlooking the magnificent valley.

Day 7: Dades Gorges → Kelaat Magouna → Skoura → Ouarzazate → Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah → Marrakech

Drive towards Ouarzazate along the Route of roses’ valley in Kelaat Magouna and the extensive beautiful palms grove of Skoura. Upon arrival in Ouarzazate, visit the Cinematographic studio to discover the stories behind the famous movies that are filmed in the nearby desert regions. Films like Lawrence of Arabia, Jesus of Nazareth, the Mommy and The Gladiator. From here, continue to Marrakech via the famous southern Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou. This is aprotected UNESCO site, tucked away in an important hill along the trans-Saharan trade route between the Sahara Desert and Marrakech. After lunch, head over the High Atlas Mountains and the Berber villages. Stop near the top of Tizi n’Tichka pass to enjoy the unique view and snowcapped peaks. Continue descending through Taddart area to reach the red city of Marrakech.ettle into your Riad/hotel, before venturing out to Marrakech’s main center square of the famous Jemaa el-Fna. It comes alive in the early evening with the local storytellers, entertainers, acrobats, musicians and mouth-watering barbeque pits. A quiet dinner on terrace provides a spectacular aerial view of the bustling square.

Day 8:Marrakech
