Day 1: Arrival in Morocco – Explore Tangier

Welcome to Morocco—and to Tangier, the gateway between Europe and Africa. Upon arrival at the airport or ferry port, you’ll be greeted by your English-speaking private driver and transferred to your luxury hotel or riad.
After time to relax, begin your guided tour of Tangier. Explore the old Medina, enjoy fresh-squeezed orange juice in the Kasbah, visit Zoco Chico Square, and stroll along Mohamed V Avenue overlooking the Mediterranean. Enjoy a traditional Moroccan lunch at a local restaurant.
End the day with visits to Cap Spartel and the legendary Cave of Hercules before returning to your hotel for a relaxing evening.

Day 2: Tangier → Tetouan → Chefchaouen

After breakfast, depart for Chefchaouen, enjoying scenic views of the Strait of Gibraltar along the way. Stop in Tetouan, known as “The White Dove,” famous for its Andalusian architecture, craftsmanship, and musical heritage.
Continue to Chefchaouen, the iconic Blue City nestled in the Rif Mountains. Wander its winding blue alleyways, explore Plaza Outa el Hammam, visit the Grand Mosque and historic Kasbah, and browse local handicrafts. Climb to the Spanish Mosque at sunset for panoramic views over the city and mountains.

Day 3: Volubilis → Meknes → Fes

Rise early to photograph Chefchaouen in the morning light before traveling south. Visit the UNESCO-listed Roman ruins of Volubilis, home to remarkably preserved mosaics, temples, and merchant houses.
Continue to Meknes, one of Morocco’s imperial cities. Visit Bab Mansour, El Hedim Square, the Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail, and the Royal Stables. After lunch, continue to Fes and settle into your traditional riad in the old Medina.

Day 4: Fes – Imperial City & Medieval Medina

After breakfast, meet your licensed local guide to explore Fes, Morocco’s oldest imperial city and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Wander the narrow streets of Fes el-Bali, one of the world’s largest car-free urban areas.
Visit Medersa Bou Inania, Al Attarine Madrasa, Al-Qarawiyyin University, Nejjarine Fountain, and the famous tanneries. Continue to the Royal Palace gates, the Jewish Quarter, and a traditional pottery workshop. Dinner will be served at a local restaurant before returning to your riad.

Day 5: Middle Atlas Mountains → Ziz Valley → Sahara Desert

Depart early and travel through the Middle Atlas Mountains, cedar forests, and Berber villages. Stop to see Barbary macaques and pass through Midelt before descending into the lush Ziz Valley.
Arrive in Merzouga, where you’ll switch to a 4WD vehicle and head into the Erg Chebbi dunes. Enjoy a camel trek at sunset, followed by dinner, Berber music, and an overnight stay in a luxury desert camp beneath the stars.

Day 6: Merzouga → Rissani → Todra Gorge → Dades Valley

Day 8: Marrakech – Guided City Tour
